Orders
Online Orders
Online orders are via ardourela's website only. Orders are to be paid in whole by gcash or bank transfer before shipping out the goods. Proof of payment to be sent on our email is required. Once payment has been received, we will send a confirmation email to your email you have provided in your online order.
Meet Up Orders
Meet up orders are also entertained via website only. Buyer should place an order on the website and choose meet up as mode of delivery. Meet up location will only be at De La Salle University Manila.
Pre orders
Pre orders are to be made within 7-14 working days.
Cancellation
Cancellation by seller
Ardourela has the right to cancel orders if:
1. Insufficient goods
2. Some of the items you ordered are damaged before arrangement of shipping.

Cancellation email will be sent to you immediately and payment will be refunded as soon as possible or seven working days.
We will not be obliged to give out any compensation for inconvenience happened.
Cancellation by buyer
Once your order has been placed we will not be able to cancel it. However when once received and the goods are eligible for return. (You may see view Shipping & returns for more information) you may return your order. Please read further details in Shipping & returns page for more information.

Custom Design Policies
Fill out the custom design form in the custom design section. You will received an email containing quotation. when the customization is settled you will receive an email of product link you will be checking out.

Customization takes 7-14 working days.
Repair Policy
Repair fees are subject to damage and additional materials needed.
Customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs back and forth.

1. Email us and send your concern.
2. After receiving confirmation that the item can be repaired, the customer may send payment for repair fee including shipping fee for transporting it back to you.
3. Once the item has been received by us you will be notified and the item will be repaired 3-7 working days.
4. We will send an email once the item repaired has been shipped back to you.
